Named for the striking gap carved between Joppenbergh Mountain and the Rondout Creek, our distillery sits in the heart of the Hudson Valley. The land here has been shaped by centuries of history — and every bottle we make carries a piece of it.
We run our spirits through hand-polished copper pot stills, slow and deliberate, the way it’s always been done. No shortcuts. No additives. Just grain, water, and time.
